Do you guys support bedrock edition?
Absolutely! Here at GalaxyRealms, we support Java and Bedrock on all of our servers. Embark on your cosmic adventure seamlessly across platforms and join our vibrant community. Your journey begins now!
When is the GalaxyRealms expected to launch?
We expect to open our first gamemode (Solis) to the public as an "open beta" in December 2025. Due to development schedules, we cannot provide an exact date. Please join our Discord for more information and development updates.
What version of Minecraft do you support?
We support Minecraft Java Edition from version 1.16 to the latest stable release.
Is there an age limit for players?
GalaxyRealms is generally designed for players 17 years of age or older, with the maturity and language (slight swearing) used. Parents should monitor younger players to ensure they're following community guidelines and engaging appropriately.
How do I apply to become a staff member?
To apply for a staff position, please join our Discord server and create a staff application using our custom-made Discord bot. The bot will guide you through the application process. All staff positions are voluntary.
How do I get support for purchases or technical issues?
If you need assistance with any purchase related issues or technical problems please join our Discord community and go to the 🎫・tickets channel. You will see our standard working hours and available support categories to choose from. Choose the appropriate category for your issue to get started. We usually reply to tickets within 24 hours or less subject to staff availability and volume of support requests submitted.
Does the Owner really come on the server?
Yes! Unlike other networks where the owner is rarely seen, WestCoastMatt_, the owner of GalaxyRealms, logs onto the server frequently to engage with players and work on improving the server by fixing bugs. She is active throughout the week, checking in on the community and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Additionally, GalaxyRealms hosts an event called "Owner Day", where WestCoastMatt_ is guaranteed to be on the server, hanging out with players. During "Owner Day", giveaways are held on Discord, offering ranks, perks, free Discord Nitro, and more. Be sure to check the Discord for more information on upcoming dates and times!
